Job Summary
This role requires a detail-oriented and innovative Creative Professional, that will manage internal and external designs and video contents, transforming concepts into visually compelling assets for our products and services. Essentially, the creative artist must possess a strong eye for aesthetics and proficiency in modern artistic software and digital tools to deliver fresh, contemporary visual communications.
Job Details
- Strategy Translation: Convert brand and go-to-market strategies into actionable creative plans.
- Brand Stewardship: Enforce style guides to ensure all materials meet high-quality brand standards.
- Asset & Livery Management: Maintain and oversee the visual identity (livery) and all brand assets.
- Corporate Standardization: Update corporate stationery and templates and enforce internal adoption.
- Message Conceptualization: Determine the core message a design must portray and execute the visual strategy.
- Promotional Content: Create and develop design content for promotions across all product ranges.
- Agile Digital Media: Develop high-quality digital designs and video content in real-time.
- Graphic Development: Design custom graphics for product illustrations, logos, social media postcard, product labels, marketing and production designs, calendar, brochures, and presentations.
- Internal Alignment: Design internal communication collateral in line with corporate culture strategy.
- Event Support: Build promotional and branding materials for corporate events, conferences, and community activities.
- Creative Consultation: Provide design direction and creative insight to internal staff and external vendors.
- Project Management: Manage assigned projects and maintain clear tracking via project management software.
- Quality Assurance: Review all designs for errors prior to printing or digital publishing.
Requirements
- 2-5years work experience
- Collaboration & Communication (Written & Verbal)
- Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge
- Mastery of industry-standard software including (CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro or Affect Effect, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, Ms Office)
- Attention to detail
- Visual Storytelling & Ideation
- Print Production and Content Creation
- Branding and Production skill
